Get on Google
Most diners find a restaurant on Google or Maps before they find its website. Your booking link can go on your Google Business Profile today; you do not need us, or Google, to do anything first.
Add the link
- Open the menu (the cog) and choose Get on Google. Press Copy next to your booking link.
- On the same device, search your restaurant's name on Google while signed in to the Google account that manages it. Your profile appears with Edit profile buttons.
- Choose Edit profile, then Booking links (some profiles call it Reservations). Paste your link and save.
Within a day or two, Reserve or Book a table appears on your listing, and tapping it opens your booking page.
Fill in the rest of the screen
The Get on Google screen also asks for your name as Maps shows it, your Place ID, address, category and phone number. This is not for the link above — it is for when Thezi can take bookings inside Google's own reserve button, without a diner leaving Google. That needs Google to accept us as a partner, which they do once we can show them enough venues. Filling it in now means yours matches first time when that happens.
Finding your Place ID
Search for "Place ID finder" — it is a page Google runs. Type your restaurant's name, pick it from the list, and copy the code beginning ChIJ.
Still stuck? hello@thezi.app reaches a person, usually the same day.
